Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance events.
  • Custom or personalized orders.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at Whatsapp with your order details.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
