Return Eligibility

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been used, opened, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance events.
- Custom or personalized orders.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at Whatsapp with your order details.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the Product: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
